1. What are wax melts?
Wax melts are pieces of melted wax which we hand mix with a beautiful fragrance and mould. Wax melts are melted on top of a specially made wax burner. Once the wax begins to melt a beautiful aroma is released.
2. What if I would like a specific scent that isn’t on your website?

3. What if I would like to order a package that isn’t available?
Our customers are at the centre of everything we do, if you can’t see what you are looking for, please ask! 4. How long is delivery?
We like to ensure that our wax melts cure for the appropriate amount of time to ensure the fragrance is released into the wax, as a result of this, you can expect your order to be shipped within 5 working days. If the scent has already been made and cured we will post within 1 day of your order.
5. Are your wax melts cruelty free?
Yes. The ingredients we use are only of the highest quality and we ensure that all our products are vegan, cruelty free and natural.
6. What if I have a problem with my order?
Although we try our best to ensure that our customers are always happy, we understand that you may occasionally have a problem. In these unlikely cases, we invite you to get in contact with your concerns and we will do our best to resolve them quickly and to your satisfaction.
